reenhazz My weight loss journey

Stiap hri adalh hri azam aq nk kurus tapi tularr..bila nmpk food sdap2 nih goncang iman aq. Ya Allah, bantu lar aku, bantu lar aku supaya lbih kuat smangat demi mu...ammin.
Day 1..timbang rosak plak baru nk rekod berat😗
Breakfast
3 sudu oat, 1 cwn fresh milk, 1 biji kurma, 1 sudu madu, 3 biji badam. Blend dan minum.
Lunch
2 biji bun sosej kecil, 2 biji telo rebus, 2 biji buah salak, 1 gelas air kosong

Dinner
1 ketul Ayam panggang, salad kobis+lemon+carrot+apple, secawan kacang pistachio, 1 gelas air kosong, 10 biji buah mata kucing, 2 ptong betik

Day 2
Bf:oat,kurma,nuts,honey
Lch: ikan bakar,sayur,nasi sikit
Dinner:jus buah oren,4 biji kopok lekor, betik

Lain2  hal:Cuti scaling teeth rm100

Day 3
Bf: anlene coklat,oat, wrap
Lch: orange juice,honey, wrap, Biskut mizi,nuts
Dinner: 1 gelas susu, plain bun kecil 6 biji

Day 4 (3.8.2022)
Bf:wrap, sweet potatoes
Lch:ayam panggang,salad, jus jambu batu
